At Layered Feels, every order is made just for you through our print-on-demand partner.

Because items are created after purchase, shipping times may vary depending on the product, location, and carrier.


Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take a little longer.


Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: Usually delivered within 3–8 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 10–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Please note: These are estimates, and exact delivery times can vary.


Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected items.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out!


Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Layered Feels will provide communication updates on the status of orders via email.
Customers are encouraged to actively track their orders. If your order is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at admin@layeredfeels.com.

We’ll work with the postal service to investigate and find the best solution. Layered Feels will not be held liable for the contents of any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the postal service for shipment.


International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their
country.

Delivery times may be impacted by customs inspections and local postal services.
